standards. In addition, all licensure is verified to ensure validity.
Our nurses have current health statements, Including TB testing, and
all have current CPR certification. Our comprehensive screening process
also includes employment verification, criminal background, and drug
screening. We follow the guidelines recommended by OSHA and JCAHO and
provide regular in-service programs such as infection control, fire and
safety. We also offer continuing education programs for our
nurses so that they can stay ahead of the curve with the latest

| Don Day began his early career as a Helicopter Pilot and Flight Instructor for the Army National Guard during the Vietnam war. After serving his country, he attended University of Oklahoma where he studied subjects including Computer Science, Business Administration, and Finance. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting, he followed his entrepreneurial spirit which resulted in his ongoing success in Medical Staffing and Managed Services. Mr. Day continues to pilot his own helicopter and fixed wing aircraft. | |||
Kathy Payton, Chief Operating Officer | |||
| Kathy has served in this role since April 2008. Ms. Payton joined NurseStaffing™ of Cincinnati in July 2002 with an extensive background in customer service, training and leadership. She began her career as a Coordinator/Recruiter and was promoted to Branch Leader in March of 2003. In May of 2004, Payton was promoted to the Director of Training and Development. Recently, Kathy has been the lead on two acquisitions and has been involved with other various roles within the organization. | |||
Pam Davison, Chief Training Officer | |||
| Pam started with NurseStaffing™ in 2003 as a Coordinator/Recruiter for NurseStaffing™ of Cincinnati. She brought with her over 8 years of customer service experience, 3 years of leadership experience and a competitive drive for success. A year later she was transferred to Largo, Florida to manage a branch that had been recently acquired. After 2 years in Florida she returned to Cincinnati to help rebuild the market to the successful office it is today. Pam is now the Chief Training Officer for NurseStaffing™ and is responsible for working with all associates to provide them with the tools needed for success. | |||
